A friend's laptop won't connect to the internet. When network cable is inserted, the message 'network cable unplugged' appears. There's nothing wrong with the internet connection as my laptop works fine. The friend's laptop is a second hand Toshiba Satellite S3000-x11. What's the problem???

    1. Disable and then re-enable the LAN connection
    2. Reinstall the driver
