    Hi Guys,
I am trying to boot off of my Recovery Partition in my hard drive. I need to set the partition "Active" but I first need to set it to "Primary" partition. Currently, my C: is set as "Primary" and my D :(Recovery Partition) is set as "Logical." How do I change this to Primary so I can set it as "ACTIVE." I did a clean install on my HP laptop and lost my recovery discs. I couldn't get much help from the HP discussion group so I am here hoping someone can help me. Thanks!

Ok, try going into the control panel -> Administration -> Computer Admin -> and somewhere in there... I can't give you an exact name becoz I have a german version of windows, and I dun remember what are they called over there.
