open your laptop and please clean up you heatsink.

apply thermal paste and reseat the everything

stop using your laptop those temps are in high danger zone

That is dangerously high, particularly since this is a general web browsing session. Remember water boils at 100c so the GPU is undergoing tremendous stress. The CPU is also running quite hot too so I would recommend giving your system a good clean out of any dust in the vents and put some good thermal paste/pads.

Did you put any thermal paste in (the grey gunk thats usually left on the computer chips) since those readings are not at all normal. Thermal Paste makes a huge difference otherwise your CPU/GPU temperatures would basically spiral out of control.

Switch the laptop off and get some Thermal Paste. Having no paste is suicidal for your laptop hence the high temperatures. Arctic Silver 5, Arctic Cooling MX-3 are some of the good ones to use. Get some TIM cleaners (i.e. Akasa TIM Clean) as well with the thermal paste to clean up the old grey gunk on the chipsets. Isopropyl alcohol can also work in place of the TIM cleaners which I use personally.

Then carefully put a small amount of the thermal paste on the chipsets and spread it thinly, then replace the heatsinks back in and it all should return back to normal ranges.

Without thermal paste, there will be (very) small pockets of air between the CPU/GPU surface and heatsink. Air is a terribly inefficient conductor of heat, so the end result is your components not getting cooled properly.

I think the op just unscrew the bottom cover and cleaned the dust in there.
Did you take of any heatsinks (copper) off the cpu/gpu , did you wipe off any paste like substance off ?
