    Hi guys!

I live in Poland and 2 days ago have bought a brand new HP nx9420 from HP Poland - model ES457EA with 1,83 Centrino DUO and WSXGA+ screen.
I run it for the first time - some hp software asks me if I want to do backup cds - I answer no as I'm allergic to all 3rd party software preinstalled on my computer.
The next thing I did was restarting my new computer with VISTA 5308 beta in the drive.
I deleted the main partition (drive c) and left untouched the other partition called HP BACKUP, write protected with 8GB space on it. I thought that this is the place where all the recovery data stays.
VISTA installation went wrong - there was no support for hdd controller - I managed to install one and the instalation finished.
The first run was quite a dissapointment - First seconds after the boot - HP welcome screen, then display changes to VISTA loading screen (with small bar in the bottom indicating that the system is loading) - one more second of loading the system - then immediately blue screen flashes for a milisecond and system restarts.
Then it goeas all the way round and could perform the start-load-blue screen-restart loop endlessly.
Ok - I've decided to recover the system.
No button, no bios settings allowing to do it, nothing!
Thinkig that the easiest solution sometimes is the most difficult one to find -I've decided to call polish HP helpdesk.
They were extremely arrogant, saying that by deleting the system I lost it and there is no way to have it back.
More - They told me that the only solution for me is buying Windows XP in a store and installing it to the pc.
I've decided to go for it and put a win XP media center into the drive.
    Installation start:
There is no support for HDD controller in Windows XP - you need to provide it.
The only way to do it is to have a floppy with drivers...
quick ride to the computer store, I have bought new external MITSUMI floppy for about 27 euro.
The system has installed, but now I'm experiencing giantic difficulties in making it work!
Almost everything is on the hp.com/support, but:
    * The Audio drivers don't work - THERE IS NO AUDIO after installing it - system finds new devices but lacks drivers for them.
