    Hi Guys :)

    Um do anyone know a software that monitor harddrive temperature and
    ram usage

    it will be helpful for me if you Guys & Gals can list a few

    HD Tune for hard drive temperature also for HD benchmark.

    Ctrl - Alt - Del for RAM usage. Task Manager, look under Performance Tab. No need to install any software.

    Sysinternals process explorer is very good and free.
