I've been looking throught the forum and elsewhere around and I can't find the latest info. Microsoft compatibility website only says 32-bit is compatible. Quicktime website says it's compatible with Vista.

I have QuickTime installed on Vista 64. Didn't realize that until after I installed iTunes.

The only problem I get is when watching online videos in Quicktime, that the control bar is black.
