Has anyone gotten an HP business computer to have an 'undock' button in the start menu?

I know that the business Dell's have that capability, and supposedly you can get an HP to as well. How? Does anyone know?

Sorry, I dont know how to get that undock icon to show up, but I was wondering why you need the undock button? I've never had a problem with undocking. I actually prefer that I can undock without having to press anything prior to ejecting.

FYI: if you do have problems with hotundocking, hp is aware of some problems and they do have a fix for it. I dont the details, but the tech told me about while chatting about my other issues.

Well, I'm a little tired of my external drives complaining when I hot undock...usually the MFT table gets screwed up.

I went ahead and contacted HP tech support via email to open up a case to explore this. Maybe we'll get to the bottom of this yet.

This is also my number one complaint with my HP Compaq nc8430. My Dell undocked much more cleanly by shutting down the network, turning on the wireless, shutting of external monitors (and bringing windows over from it), etc...
