    Having problems find my Windows 7 Product Key?

    So my HDD died. I've got the replacement and I am trying to install Windows 7. Everything is fine except I don't know which set of numbers on my sticker is the product ket.

    I've got 2 sets of numbers on my sticker. Both of which are 22 or 23 characters long... NOT the 25 needed?

    Either I can't count and I have mistyped multiple times. I am completely confused where else to look.

    How to Tell

    I have the sticker at the top of that page.

    Are you trying in install Windows 7 with a Windows XP key? You cannot do that.

    Yeah, if your trying to install it with the key like the one on the top of the website you provided, that would be Windows XP. For Windows 7, you should have something like this:
