I've just gotten a new Asus F8SV-B1 running Windows Ultimate 64 bit.

Whenever I do a Registry scan, the following three issues come up.

The COM component CLSID\{A167B942-CD17-4d00-BDD9-8FDC2DC158F2} references an invalid CLSID. These are often left behind after uninstalling software.

    Solution: Delete the registry value.

The COM component CLSID\{A6F1684D-AED6-401b-9786-A3E3B53C6641} references an invalid CLSID. These are often left behind after uninstalling software.

    Solution: Delete the registry value.

The software key: Software\InstallShield does not contain any information so can be removed. These references are often left behind after uninstalling software.

    Solution: Delete the registry key.

Whenever I try to delete these three, CCleaner tries to but can't.

What do I do to get rid of these things?

Which version of CCleaner are you using? Maybe the most up to date version might fix the problem you're having.
