When I log onto AOL for Mac on my new Macbook, every time I try to use a chat, keyword or internet, all that comes up is a blank screen with a tiny x. I looked up the issue on the mac website, and it told me to download an upgrade using the keyword feature. However, since the problem is that I can't access the internet or keywords, I can't download the upgrade. Anyone know a fix?
"The issue at hand is that you can't open the internet using AOL on the macbook. The solution involves downloading an upgrade, and the upgrade can only be accessed when connected to aol and using a keyword search. How can I do an aol internet keyword search, if I cannot get into the internet via aol."

go to a neighbor's, friend's, coffee shop, library... somewhere you can get a free internet connection. i guess you could dialup, but i don't remember what that means anymore.
