I'm trying to make an xp home installation disc with xp home, but the current version is sp2.. I did update my curent computer to sp3 right now, is there any way I can get the sp3 in my computer, or is there a downloadable sp3?

It is available here direct from Microsoft. Although it says Network Install, it will work - Microsoft states in " How to obtain the latest Windows XP service pack" that if you have trouble downloading XP SP 3 from Windows update you can download and install this one instead.

Seek and you shall find.
EDIT: Apollo beat me to it! -
I think I'm in over my head lol... I',m not familiar with hotfixes or integrades or any of this. I'm trying to follow this guide to make the installation CD the best I can, but sp3 just came out.. so I'm a lil lost lol

Copy your XP cd, like to say c:\xp\data, or whatever. Then, in the command line, go to the directory SP3 is in, and type [the long sp3 name] /integrate:c:\xp\data.
After it's finished, you're ready to burn to cd. Use your favorite burn program, but you should get the bootfile extractor from http://nu2.nu/bbie/. Follow the instructions, it's pretty simple, and use the extracted file with your favorite burn program to make it bootable.
Here is a good guide too. -
mmk, so I'm going to need to dl the 316mb sp3 software and then extract it into the xp home folder right?
