So yesterday I installed Nero Ultra Edition 7... No problems at all, except that now when I try to access Winamp's "Jump To File" feature via Global Hotkey to queue up an MP3 (Winamp rocks!), it launches Nero ShowTime 3 instead!

    A nightmare! :D

Honestly though, this Global Hotkeys feature is one of the reasons Winamp is the best MP3 player for Windows. I've been using Ctrl+Alt+J for years and don't wanna have to change the combination.

I Googled this 9 ways til Sunday, and this is the best I came up with -> http://forum.cdrinfo.pl/showthread.php?t=71553

That's in some Eastern European language, but at the bottom there's an image of what seems to be a shortcut for Nero ShowTime and the assigned Ctrl+Alt+J global hotkey.

However I didn't find any shortcuts for it on my machine (the installation didn't create any shortcuts on my start menu).

Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance!

    OKAY, here's the solution:

    1. go to the start menu, Nero>|Play>| right click the shortcut for "ShowTime" and select properties. Look for the ][Shortcut Key][ field and press delete. (now it's set to none)

2.THEN go to winamp hotkeys, [Restore Defaults] and u're all set, everything cool just like before.

I made this account just to help people, because in my Google search I found 3 results: one search engine, one w/o a solution and one with yout topic, referring that site with the solution :)
So, best of luck, I'm out!

That is for the ones with the shortcuts. HOWEVER, if u don't have the shortcuts, reinstall the program and leave the "Add to start menu" box (or something like that) checked at the end of the installation. All should be done :)
