HELP!!! I don't know what i did. The taskbar now gets behind windows everytime i maximise them.. I can only see the taskbar now only when i minimise the windows. How can i solve this problem? i'm getting frustrated!! i went in taskbar properties, enabled, and disabled Autohide option again, but this hasn't solved anything. :( :(

how about "always have taskbar in foreground"? or what ever it's spelled? should be an option directly below the autohide.

"Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" are the word you are looking for.

Yes! how to do it? The only options i'm offered are: lock the taskbar, Auto hide and use small icons.

Managed to ''repair" the problem. I googled but couldn't find any results for this. I found another user who had the same problem. He also searched for a solution but couldn't find any. What he did was to create another administrator account, and then delete the current one. The new account had all settings to default. The taskbar's settings were also reset. It's no longer behind the windows. That's what i did and it worked. Thanks for your help my friends!
