Help Debugging *.dmp file- Please

Hey, guys just hit the BSOD few times over whilst shutting down and was greeted with a "Driver_Power_State_Failure" and a STOP 0x0000009f message. I was told I need to debug the *.dmp file to pinpoint the issue, however, I have no such knowledge as to how to do it; and google doesn't help. So, I'll attach the file and if anyone is kind enough to quickly debug it and post the complete output, it'll be much appreciated.

But that error is usually about a device or driver not resuming from sleep properly.

I suggest the following:
- Make sure Windows is up to date with SP1 and all important updates since then.
- Update your BIOS with the latest version from your manufacturer.
- Update all your drivers with the latest versions.
- Go into device manager, and for all your network (bluetooth, LAN, WAN) and input devices (mice, etc.), and any other devices which might have power mgmt options, right-click the device, click properties, and if there's a Power Management tab, uncheck the box that says "Allow this device to wake the computer".
- Go into BIOS setup and disable any devices you don't have (WWAN maybe) or don't use (modem in my case). If you can't find that in the BIOS then try disabling them in device manager.

After all that, my machine is much more stable and I haven't seen that error again. I don't know if it's gone for good or not... but I think so because it's been a while now.

I found the culprit the .dmp file identified, it was StkCmini.sys, some driver released by syntek. Guessing it's for my touchpad.

 

I searched Google for that filename and some pages suggest it's for a USB webcam.

If you right-click the filename, Properties, Details tab... is there a description?

Another thing that might help is if you sleep or hibernate your computer... try to disconnect any devices before going to sleep, so that it resumes with the same devices connected.

Also I like to avoid using unnecessary third-party drivers where possible. So... for example, the built-in Windows driver works fine for my mouse, so I use that instead of the Logitech driver. You might try to see if you can use your camera (or whatever it is) without the third-party driver... I don't have a webcam, so I don't know if it'll work or not though.
