    Help Drive Problem !

    YO guys, i had XP on my pc, and installed VISTA, then i got attacked by virus, then i format my pc, and installed xp again, just from all the beginning, (have 2 different bought versions of xp) and couldnt install cause it says i dont have drive, it is all empty, like i dont have a drive to install anything, wtf happened :s, i've tried everything, but nothing :S someone pls help me ?
    and i've bought every version, not downloaded, and i've almost tried everything in MS-DOS

    i cant install any version, cause it says i have no drive

    its about Fujitsu Siemens Amilo XI 1526
    2 gb ram
    200gb capacity

    ive tried MBR and all, it says i dont have a drive !!! i have SATA drive, but still, why isnt it working :((((((((((

    You probably did not have a virus, it's just your HD that has died on you. Contact your manufacturer and get it replaced.

    Go to your bios and see if it can detect any hard disk. If not then you need to send it in for repairs

    Have you tried the Windows XP recover disc that came with your notebook. The reason I say this is because your notebook has a SATA hard disk, and it will not be picked by the standard Windows XP disc, because it has no drivers to assign it. Instead, I would try that, before sending the notebook off for repairs.

    Alternatively, you can slipstream SATA drivers onto the disc, or a new one, using the appropriate program.
