Hello everyone,
I need a little help solving a problem with my windows, thinkpad, and firefox password managers and autofill programs on my personal Lenovo Thinkpad X300 with Vista Business. On some websites, like my university's login page, my username and password is autofilled. However, when I hit submit, I encounter an error from the webpage saying that it detected a saved password and cannot complete the login, and to retry again without autofill activated.
Does anyone know a way to bypass this error when on my own computer (without disabling autofill)? If not, can anyone help me come up with google/search terms that can point me in the correct direction, as I am having trouble with finding accurate results![]()
Thank you very much!

Bump; Any help is much appreciated!

1) The University probably has a good reason as to why it autodetects and blocks login attempts made with autofill data (read: security reasons). Since this isn't an issue stemming from windows/firefox/addons, the best place for documentation on this would be the website or the campus IT department. They may even explain why this feature exists in the first place.
2) Please don't bump topics so soon. Some people do check past the first page for topics. -
