I need an add on that does what is built into Opera, the ability to fit all images to the screen width so that there is no more scrolling left or right for large images (like in some of the "post you desktop" threads on here ;)).

Mouse Pointer inside the page, hold down CTRL key and scroll your mouse wheel. This will zoom the page in and out depending on the direction of your scrolling.

    cheers ...

That decrease/inscreases font size. In Opera, by pushing the fit to width button, the image resizes while the text stays the same size.

Say for example I am in the post your desktop thread and someone posts a huge 9304x9340 desktop wall. In opera, push the fit to width button, and all the images that brake the page width are resized and made to fit the screen. Press the button again and they go back. It was a great feature to use on my EEE.

Correct, that was why my above suggestion of using FireSizer in combination with the CTRL to set up a window that works for you.

    cheers ...
