    Help ordering Vista(problem)

    I ordered my notebook at christmas from the hp website and it offered a free upgrade to vista. So now i have decided i am going to order vista and i look and it says that To complete your order, you will need to provide the receipt for the purchase of your qualifying PC. Problem is i dont think i have a receipt.

    You might want to try your question in the HP forum. It might vary by computermaker. I have an Asus and I was able to email a pdf of my invoice that I got from my order history on the site I purchased it from.
