The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Help to restore Vista's startup Tabs... .ie clock/calender/weather etc

    I accidentally disable these tabs.. the one usually on your right hand side of the screen. anyone know how I can re-enable them or get them back?

    You're referring to Windows Sidebar, which can easily be re-opened by typing in "sidebar" in the Vista start menu. If you don't have it set to run automatically, right click the tashbar icon once it launches, go to properties and tick "Start Sidebar when Windows Starts".
