    I have my laptop connected to my 37" monitor via DVI.

    I play movies on the monitor in Windows Media Player 11.

    Whenever I close my laptop lid it messes with the resolution on the monitor so I have to reset it every time.

    Is there a way I can make it where a screen saver can work on my laptop while playing a movie on the monitor?
