My problem start when add-on run the program VBAuthentic. I always received "System Error" whenever I try to log-in on my account online.

I try to delete cookies, history and temporary file but still there is "System Error" pop up whenever I try to log in. I also try to create new User account at my laptop, still there is problem.

I try to disable the add-on VBAuthentic, the message now is "You have not installed security plugin. Please refresh/reload the page and wait for 5-10minutes to allow automatic installation"....I try refreshing the page and wait for more than 10 minutes but still that "You have not installed....." message pop-up.

Any idea what kind of problem in my IE7 with Vista OS?
    Thanks in advance.

yes i received email from tech support, they told me that Windows Vista OS is not yet supported by their facility. I don't know if its true because some of my bank account with different bank i can access it without any problem.

they might have spoken the truth, an example of the supported platforms by Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company shows that it currently stops at xp

i guess if enough customers get on their nerve, they'd have to move along quicker, since they make more $ when everyone does transactions on.line

    cheers ...
