I'm looking for a free hex editor that's user friendly and works on windows vista (32 bit). I also need it to compare multiple files at once and find differences.

Tiny Hexer, written by Markus Stephany; the latest release appears to be from August of 2008, and I believe that it runs on _Vista. The direct download link from Markus' website is here.
