    Hi question about login screen...

    I don't want to have a password on my admin account.

    basically, I have one main account and guest account turned off.

    how can i have it so when i boot up, it just automatically start windows and bypass login?

    i dont want or need password thank you much

    I remember when I had Windows PowerTools (free from Microsoft). Some where in there I remember a check box that would allow you to do that. I will try and find it for you, but I have a feeling that there is an easier way.

    Found it. It is called Tweak UI ( direct link to download).

    Install and go to start --> all programs --> Powertoys for Windows XP --> Tweak UI

    On the left hand column there are a bunch of selections, click the plus next to login and then select Autologin.

    Check the box next to "Log on automatically at system startup"
    Enter the username
    Enter the password (if applicable)

    Click apply and then ok.

    DONE!!

    Happy autologin!

    im using vista but it wont work for me.
