    Help my sons laptop isnt loading properly, he doesnt have a backup cd, and I`ve pressed F10 and tried to repair it, but it still doesnt get to the user sign on screen, can anyone help ????

    Can you be a bit more specific to the issue? When you start the laptop up, what exactly does it do? Do you see the bios screen flash up, does it get to the windows vista or xp loading screen?

    Call your manufacturer and ask for OS Recovery Disks. ;)
    And demand them for free.
