The system is Win XP SP3.
Since two days, whenever I put my laptop into hibernation, it wakes up after 10 seconds (if I close the lid down) or 2 minutes (if I leave it opened).
All Wake-on events are off. There are no devices, nor network cables connected to it.
To keep it hibernated, I have to unplug it and take the battery out.
Any guesses what may cause it?

. Run a virus scan
. Use a restore point, if you have it

What's your laptop brand and model? Have you recently "updated" your laptop? Are there any known driver issues for your laptop?
Sometimes, poorly written driver, (e.g. acer aspire one's webcam driver), prevents hibernate/standby or wakes the computer up after standby/hibernate or fails to wake from hibernate/standby. -
It is Compaq V6065ea. I did update the graphic driver for my nvidia 6150 from MobileForce 94 to 97.92 v2.
I will try to downgrade the driver and see what happens.
