Why would you want to do that?

You could assign yourself special permissions....

But it won't help you hide the partition..!!

You can use Acronis Disk Director to hide partitions, if that's what you really want to do. In conjunction with setting the appropriate account permissions, that might accomplish what you want, although you still might not be able to restrict the account permissions for the System user.

Boot IT NG ( http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/bootit-next-generation.htm) is a partition management and boot manager tool that will allow you to hide partitions when booting to a particular OS. I have an older IBM laptop we use for demos. It has six partitions across two drives and three different operating systems installed. The boot configurstion is set up to hide all of the OS partitions from each other and share some of the datsa partions in various combinations. It is reall powerful although a bit cryptic to use. Once you master it though, it does a GREAT job.

Get an external USB flash or hard drive instead... and keep it locked up. ;)
