I need to find a proxy to change/disguise my IP. It needs to be all across my internet connection, not just http.
Also, ideally I'd like to be able to refresh the IP as often as I want (e.g. 5 minutes apart).
I'm willing to spend money for it; the less the better obviously.
Anyone know how I can get this functionality?

Go through a proxy, there are plenty of free ones available. Personaly i use tor.eff.org it's a neat little program. Packets go through 3 diferent servers before reaching their destination, making you pretty anonymous, but not secure. Also keep in mind that your speeds will be only as fast as the proxy you are on, usually unless i get reeally lucky i get anywhere from 5-50kb/s. Using proxies is always a tradeoff between speed and anonymity.
You could go with a paid option allowing you to reach full speeds that your line supports, but imo that just defeats the whole purpose of being anonymous seeing as how the proxy provider has all your personal info that can be tied back to you. -
Garden, are these proxies only for http?
I'm going to use this in conjunction with another piece of software that connects to the internet directly, so the proxy has to be for my entire internet connection if that makes sense.. -
tor can be used as any kind of proxy, http, socks, whatever. But you need to configure each aplication to use tor manualy. The aplication you're configuring needs to also have support for proxies, if it doesn't there are ways arround that too but i've never had to meddle with such a sittuation so i can't really shed more light on it.
As far as routing all your traffic through a proxy to be honest i'm not sure if that's possible, maybe some open source/high end routers can do it, but again i've never really needed to mask all of my outbound traffic so i can't say anything for certain on that subject either. -
Well, I'm getting some casino bonus money and want to do it for a couple of family member also. I'm worried that if I do it from home they'll flag it for being from the same IP.

There is this site I want to visit but for some reason my whole ISP Domain doesn't work with this site, so is there a proxy site I can use or some other method which would allow me to visit this site which has a constantly realtime .swf updating page?
