I accidentally turned on the Rich-Text Editor in my Hotmail account. When I wanted to turn it back off, it wouldn't let it! It said, "Changing the formatting of this message from Rich Text to plain text requires removing all the current formatting. Are you sure you want to do this?". After I clicked OK, it said, "An error has occured. Click 'here' to resolve the issue.". But as soon as I clicked on 'here', it showed the first message again!

I tried it on 2 other computers, but I got the same problem.

Can anyone help me get rid of this Rich-Text Editor? PLEASE...

I'd start by logging out, clearing hotmail cookies, closing the browser, then start over.
