On my external HDD i have 1 main folder called "pictures and videos"
Now there is another folder that I did not put there.
    Its name is, "ba9d36942594a2a425cccf"

I never created that folder, and I can't delete it. What is it? How do I get rid of it?

Usually folders named like that are temporary folders resulting from Windows Updates. They should be removed automatically after update is installed, keyword being "should" :p

Yeah, they are usually temporary folders, or hidden folders. It will either disappear in time, or, it won't :)
