Get Outlook 2007 or go for Thunderbird?? :D :p

But seriously, what IS the problem / issue / error or similar? That way it would be easier to help you out :)

Else if you are generally asking for tips in making / optimizing Outlook 2003, I remember seeing lots of tips / tweaks pages on the web - Just google for it, and you will see some reputed links helping you with maximising your "enjoyment" with outlook :)

I used outlook 2003 for the longest time. I'm curious what problems you have. Who hosts your email account?

Outlook 2003 is one of the best email clients ever released. I'm also curious as to why you need help to "make Outlook 2003 suck a bit less".
