    How come I can't download Trio Office on my XPS 13 laptop?

    How come I can't download Microsoft Trio Office on my XPS 13 9360 laptop running Windows 10 Pro?
    It downloaded and ran fine on my former Dell XPS 13 L322x also running Win 10 Pro.
    I tried downloading several times and keep getting an "error" message???
    This a a brand new Windows 10 Pro and first time I've tried to download any programs.

    Test with firewall disabled ? One never knows.

    If the error occurs when downloading from ms' website, try some other place, Trio offered on many esteemed (safe) file download sites.

    Sounds like it's set to 'not allow programs from other computers' blah blah blah.
    Pretty common on a fresh install.

    Only thing I hate about this is it doesn't allow for Adobe Acrobat to install Plugins.
