I have the newest version of JKDefragGUI, and these files never get defragmented, even if I defrag in safe mode or not.

What are these files, and how can I get them defragged or deleted off my system for peak performance?

17:37:00 These items are still fragmented:

Those are system files - the pagefile, the master file table, and system logs. You can't delete them, and you don't need to worry about defragging those files.

Try using the command prompt on startup.

if it wasn't fragmented, wouldn't it run faster?

Are there any consequences about deleting them? Any no idea how to use command prompt LOL

I'm not worry about it since those only fragmented files are supposedly system files and not user files, but I thought it would run faster if everything was defragged.

De fragmenting does not make things just run faster. Sometimes it can actually slow the drive down (if it puts all your less frequently used files at the start for example).

If you delete the files listed in your post then its goodbye data. The MFT is the master index on the HDD, delete it and you delete most of your drive.

Don't let it worry you that you still have some fragmented files left.

I use Diskeeper, defrags my MFT. I dont know whether a trial version does that. You could check it out if you want to defrag anyway.
