I'm currently using Windows Vista Home Basic, and I would like to change the display themes. There are downloadable themes from www.interfacelift.com and they seem pretty cool, but I don't know how to apply those themes. I konw there's something about uxtheme.dll, but I don't know what to do with it. Can anyone provide me with a step-by-step guide on how to change the themes?
