SP0 = Probably indicates a Windows installation with no service packs.

Right click "my computer" -> properties, that'll do the trick.

PS: You may as well have said windows-flag-key + r - reason, not everybody has "run" in the startmenu

You could also check the list of installed programs from the control panel applet, with the tick box to show updates ticked.
