I have an Asus A8JS running XP, formatted with 66GB and 44GB partitions. All of my stuff is on the 66GB partition and there's absolutely nothing on the 44GB partition.

Basically how do I delete the 44GB partition so that the 66GB partition becomes 110GB and keeps all the stuff currently on it in the process?

Use partitioning software like partition magic to delete the 2nd partition, then add it to the first partition.
I would recommend you move whatever data files you can (personal items) to the other partition in the event windows does not function and a reinstall is needed, you won't need to wipe your only partition and lose your data.
