I googled this and found out that it detects bluetooth device at startup but since I have no bluetooth device it is pretty useless. I would haven't cared that much if it didn't make startup so much slower. It solely accounted for the last twenty seconds of bootup (according to BootLogXP). Unfortunately, it is supposedly a required process at startup. So is there a way to disable or remove it? Can I reinstall it when I need to do so?

    Thanks for any response.

AFAIK, it's only required if you use BT. Just stop the process from automatically starting.

Right click on the My Computer icon and select Manage. Click Services, then scroll down and find Bluetooth Service. Right click and select Properties. Change the startup type to disabled or manual. That should do the trick.
