    Disable the User Account Control.

    Go to control panel>search "user account">Turn uac on or off>uncheck it>reboot

    1. Click on start and then click on your user name picture top right of the start menu.
    2. Click on 'Turn User Account Control on or off.'
    3. Uncheck User Account Control, select ok and restart.
