I have a DVD+R DL Disc that has 400MB files and 8GB free space. How do I finalize the disc using NERO? I can't find which part of NERO that I can use to finalize the disc. Nero has so many programs it's very confusing

I would open up nero rom.. forget all the nero smart start express etc.. Select DVD compilation on the top drop down menu.. it may be on that already.. Select the DVD ROM template and make sure you select no multi session. Now hit the new on bottom.. now drag at least one small file from the program manager and drag it to the left side. It can be a 1k text file does not matter.. select burn on top and it will burn that one extra file and finalize the disc.

You have to add a file since Nero figured you wanted to do that being you created a multi session disc which means you want to add more later. As for burning DL with nero I never had much luck with DVD's and data discs.. It always screwed up the layer break. IMGburn allows you to set the layer break manually and it works every time.. Hope that helps.
