A friend sent an emailed video about a neuroscientist discussing her analysis of a stroke. The 18 minute presentation is viewed by clicking a web sites URL. I would like to record the video with its audio to a DVD. How can I do this? My notebook is an HP Pavilion dv9000 with retail Win7 Ultimate OS.

Not enough info in your post, so I refer you to this forum (particularly the first sticky): [link removed]

[link removed] might help get that file from the browser cache.

or something like "Internet download manager" which captures the video playing on the webpage thus you could save it locally (there's a 2 weeks demo i think since it's a paid app, but worth every penny)

I normally use a Firefox Add-ons to download ANY kind of video from ANY source, AntVideo Downloader:

Guys, this is talking about content downloading and circumventing copyright. Can't have those discussions here, sorry! Google can help you out pretty easily, though.
How do I record a video from an intrnet site?
