A friend sent an emailed video about a neuroscientist discussing her analysis of a stroke. The 18 minute presentation is viewed by clicking a web site’s URL. I would like to record the video with it’s audio to a DVD. How can I do this? My notebook is an HP Pavilion dv9000 with retail Win7 Ultimate OS.

or something like "Internet download manager" which captures the video playing on the webpage thus you could save it locally (there's a 2 weeks demo i think since it's a paid app, but worth every penny)

Guys, this is talking about content downloading and circumventing copyright. Can't have those discussions here, sorry! Google can help you out pretty easily, though.
