    How do I stop the changing colors of the windows on Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.

    It used to be just one color but it's changing frequently. I like some colors, some I don't. I want it to either change to the colors I like only or for me to just pick one and make it stay.

    I have my background wallpaper to be changing every 10 seconds, would that be affecting this too?

    what colors are changing, the color of your windows? are your windows transparent? maybe what you're seeing is the changing wallpaper through the window...? there's no way to set your windows to change color automatically or at a timed interval so i'm not entirely sure what you mean.

    Yep. Your theme's color doesn't change with your wallpaper, but with transparency enabled, the color(s) of the wallpaper will show through due to the Aero glass feature.
