    How do I turn off AutoComplete in Vista?

    I turned it on by accident when I first set up Vista, and now I want to turn it off again. How?

    is this within IE? if so u can check it in Tools in the IE menu -> Internet Options -> Content Tab -> AutoComplete button

    I use Firefox, but I'll turn it off in IE and see if that's where the source is, because I selected AutoComplete when I first set up Vista.

    In FF it's tools, options, advanced, search for text when i type.
