I have a Logitech MX510 mouse without any drivers because there are no Vista drivers for the MX510. However, when I play CS:S there is some serious mouse acceleration that I don't know how to turn off. Anyone have any ideas? I have looked in all the mouse menus in Vista and non mention anything about acceleration.

    Help!

I have heard Setpoint drivers (Vista drivers) for the MX Revolution mouse work for the MX510. Can anyone confirm?

I just tried the Revolution drivers and they worked. They detect the mouse as a MX510 but buttons 3-5 are not working in games anymore.

Related question: is the "enhance pointer precision" toggle in XP the same thing as mouse acceleration? It feels like it might be, but I can't tell since I'm only using my touchpad at the moment. It speeds everything up in a way that is much like the mouse acceleration setting I remember from Windows 98. It is relatively easy to control, but potentially unstable. Feels great on my desktop, but i definitely would never use it in an FPS game.

Control panel, mouse/pointer, mouse/pointer option, uncheck acceleration feature.
