    Hey guys i want to install windows xp 64 bit . The cd has sp2 on it . So i start the installation but i get a an error it says no hdd detected what can i do ? My system in my specs. Thanks guys!

    Search on SATA. You may have a BIOS option.

    You need to slipstream the SATA drivers into a new CD, or use a floppy disk and load the SATA drivers to perform the 'F6' installation method.

    You do realise that XP x64 has even worse driver support than Vista x64, don`t you?

    no i didnt know :S so i will get worse fps with 64 xp lol?

    you wont benefit much going to XP64

    not worse fps, but there is not much hardware support for XP64. No drivers etc.

    before installation xp into your system you have to change the BIOS setting of the system,

    XP X64 is using a server core (Server 2003 X64) so yeah there is less support and most importantly, you need to get server liscense for security softwares (except the free ones of course)
