    How do u use O&O Defrag?

    i see 4 options Stealth, Space, Complete/XXX etc. which one do i use?

    which is best option?

    Read the help guide. It literally goes through each of them, and explains what they do.

    I use space, generally; stealth if I'm in a hurry.

    It depends. Usually if it's your first time running the program, it's good to do a 'space' defrag at least once (will probably take quite a long time). Afterwards you can do stealth defrags regularly, they're much quicker. Complete isn't really necessary.

    Yeah look the Help under O&O Defrag methods. Some of the defragging methods are designed for servers/workstations/fileservers/databases.

    SPACE method is recommended for initial defragging.

    stealth dosnt seem to do anything so i will use space from now
