    How do you enable wave out mix recording with vista? (Specifically m1330)

    I don't have and don't want Vista but that sounds like a fairly common problem. Probably M$oft's way of protecting content...Try a 'Virtual Soundcard' app like TotalRecorder.

    If it were Microsoft's way of protecting content, the fix in the link above would not be available at all. But clearly this fix does work on some machines and not on others. So I don't think the is Microsoft's doing, instead I think it may be either the computer or audio car manufacturers issue.

    The fix does not work on my Sony FZ190.

    It's working on my C90S. It's a stereo mix though.

    Probably the used soundcard that doesn't record it.

    Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Maybe it's just the soundcard...it just doesn't support recording line out
