    How does Vlite work for OEM copies of Vista for example

    Do I type in my OEM key when asked? I recall sometimes it wouldn't work for some reason but I may be mistaken

    As long as you're installing on the laptop in your sig, it should automatically pick up your license from your BIOS and install on its own. Otherwise it will just prompt you.
    You could always create an unattended setup and put the key in to be sure.
