I'd like to get in contact with Microsoft in order to alert them of the situation with improper firewire driver support for their 64bit OS.
When I go to their website for support and contact information, I'm always redirected to an FAQ or something of the sort. Does anyone know how to get in contact via Microsoft's Department that deals with the optimization and improvement of their OS drivers so I can make them aware of the situation?
I am using Vista Ultimate 64bit.

Thank you sir. This inability is the only reason I have vista 32bit installed (which I can't stand after going 64bit).
Will be giving them a call about this tomorrow. -

or you can fly up there to redwhatevr and show them whats wrong with your laptop, anyway contacting them by phone would be best because they can reply to your email whenever they want but when you call, they will try to ignore the sound of the phone but the noise will keep irritating them enough; tempting them to pick up the phone

you can contact them trough the spyware they have in your pc you have since you installed vista.
