I was doing some repair work for a customer on his Dell Notebook, older model, XPS 1210, I tried to repair the OS, but decided to reinstall the OS. Since he did not have a Recovery Disc, I reinstalled the OS with one of my Dell Disc. (I know there are some license issues) But a Dell OS will install on any Dell Machine. Anyways....when I was looking for my Dell Disc, I realized that I have alot of OS disc.......(since I do freelance repair)
    Here is my list..... :D

1 retail Windows Me Disc (I don't even remember getting this).
10 XP installation disc total.
3 Dell OS (XP Home and Pro)
    1 Gateway Home Edition
    2 HP XP Pro SP3
    1 Retail XP Home
1 System XP Home (New, never opened)
1 System Builder XP Professional 32 bit
1 System Builder XP Professional 64 bit
5 Vista Installation disc total
1 System Builder Vista Home Premium
    1 Retail Vista Ultimate
1 Retail Vista Ultimate 64 bit
    2 Dell Vista Home Edition
Only 1 Windows 7 Installation Disc
1 System Builder Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

5 Sets of Lenovo Recovery Disc
    XP for X30, X32, X60, X61, X200 Tablet, a couple more too.

I recently started working for the FED GOVT as a IT Tech, but I have been doing repair work (basic notebook, desktop) for years. Then decided to go to school to get certified. So, that would be the main reason I have accumulated so many OS disc.

I have Vista Professional and Win 7 Professional. I also have XP Pro on two old machines one of which does not work while the other is sparingly used. I am thinking of putting Ubuntu (or some other .nix flavour) on the working machine.

Half a dozen Windows discs from 95 till XP* - and if ISOs count, maybe a dozen versions of OpenSolaris and various BSDs.
...and umm, probably 200 Linux ISOs. :D

*) btw: According to the license terms I only own the discs, not the OSes on them.

Well, I tested a lot of distros when I once started to use Linux, and I still always have one or two dozen virtual machines of different OSes installed (most for simple testing and comparison, some for actual work that I don't want to do on my host system).
Usually I keep the ISOs, even if I deleted the VM, because I may want to test it again. HDDs are cheep and I'm too impatient to download it again (if it's still available at all).
Do you need a Debian Sarge DVD? ;)

WOW  I was hoping to get a good Thread going. Good turn out.
I forgot to mention Windows Server 2003 (32-bit and 64 bit) and Server 2008. But these are only 6 month trials that used when studying Server 2003 in School. They are kinda useless to me, since the agency I am with using Novell Client and Linux Servers. I had geared myself up to study Server more and work on a MCSA, but I really don't need it now. :(

Ok, I counted them (actually I let "wc" count ;) ). I currently have 224 Linux ISOs.
Not all count as a separate OS because I have some alphas and betas of the same final version and the whole Debian Etch DVD set in i386 and amd64. So I guess 200 is still a good estimate.

Any reason you don't get rid of the alpha and beta releases when the finals are dropped? Or do you just need to find something for your drives to store? ;)
