Should my Adobe Reader take up 100MB+

I updated my Reader from 7.something to 8 from the website, but i think my Adobe was around 60MB then.

Should I just uninstall and reinstall it ?

I just checked my computer at work, I only have Acrobat reader 7 installed with few additional language packs. Program files directory is 113MB, so I guess that is normal.

It's been recommended before, but I'd take Foxit Reader over adobe reader for a .pdf any day. Especially if your issue is size. Foxit Reader < 7MB.

I will heartily "third" it. Foxit Reader mades any Adobe reader totally redundant and useless. Dont even think twice. Just blow the Adobe off your laptop, stick in Foxit and move on. Really.
