    How to REALLY enable Hibernate on E1505?

    Well, id like to use this "feature."

    But ever since i reformateed and reinstalled XP on the E1505, I cant put the lappy into hibernation.

    I already went to power options in the control panel and enabled Hibernation, so Whats up?

    Start --> Turn Off computer --> Hold down the "Shift" key and Stand By will change to Hibernate.

    Do like Chaz says. MS should have a hot fix out for this soon, but it hasn't been released yet.
